400 years have passed since our time...and now a new league has risen...
Humankind had been wiped out except for a small area along the Rocky Mountains in North America. Now they've all reverted back to the Old Times - Long before our Age...Except for the rising Skyscrapers plated in gold in the Capital of the Urian Kingdom.
Urian means Heaven...and that is what this place is now.
In the dark shadows of the Urian Kingdom, there lies an Organization every human knows of; the Deviants. They are like the Police for that day in age, and they carry either guns or swords as their weapons.
But what of the A-Class Deviants?
The A-Class Deviants have an ability that no other human in Urian have...the power to Shape-Shift. Now, they can't choose what animal they can Shape-Shift; they were born with that animal. Many took the Deviant Exams, and either they would be put as normal Deviants, who couldn't come in contact with their inner animal, or A-Class Deviants, who could.
But forces are gathering to overthrow Lord Dagall...
Thugs and Rogues are hiding in the wasted Desserts of 'No Man's Land', which stretches from the edge of the Eatern Wall of the Urian Kingdom, all the way to the Appalachian Mountains. And soon, their forces will be so great...can even the A-Class Deviants be able to stop them?
