Birds had not even begun to sing, the sun had not yet decided to shine, mist still clinged to the trees and dewdrops were still forming, but LongFang walked out of the Leader's Den, exhausted. She forced her unhappy paws to move one ahead of the other. She lifted her head to taste the air, relieved that nothing was wrong. "Good, I can finally get some sleep now." It had been nearly a half-moon that her former leader, Foxbound, had gone missing, and since then LongFang had been busy; Organizing patrols to look for Foxbound, keeping gossip and speculation at a reasonable level, The Nine-Lives Ceremony, and so much more. One had a firm right to be exhausted. "Can't get your hopes up now, LongFang. There is sure to be more trouble heading for ElmClan." She muttered in a fake attempt to waken herself. She opened her mouth in a monstrous yawn and decided it was too much to bear. If anything went wrong, she could always sleep outside. She finally agreed to sleep right outside the den to so she could hear, or atleast sense the presence of trouble. There were rogues, foxes and badgers, and maybe even the other Clans might attack. That woke her up. She was still a bit tired, maybe she could rest a moment before waking the warriors and apprentices. "Ah, yes, blissful relaxation..." She mumbled, enjoying the calmness and peaceful sunrise. And just like that, her worries and problems disappeared. Worry? What worry? This was a time to relax and picture the peaceful days ahead. There was nothing to worry about. Just happiness and relaxation. Time? Problems? She had all the time she needed, right here in her Clan. Problems were no more than a pesky ant; easy to step on and vanquish, with no more than a paw. You needed a firm paw to rule, and LongFang had it. She had everything. Time, a position in the Clan, happiness, and best of all, a time to relax. Who wanted to be a worrier? Be free and relax. "Be a warrior, not a worrier." LongFang mumbled peacefully and sleepily. She closed her eyes and breathed in the beatiful, natural, sharp scent of her Clan. She sighed deeply and remembered the days before Foxstar had gone, when everyday was peaceful, except for occasional border fights. She wished everything would be like that now. As it should be. And will be. As long as she was here, who would dare oppose her Clan?
xXNotesXx X.This is pretty long for me, but pretty darn short for you advanced role-players out there. xX.I worked hard on this, and I would appreciate it if you posted, don't let it go to waste!

Stretching lazily in the apprentices den an early riser found her eyes fluttering open. In the shadows the sleep burdened eyes looked a very light blue, but once outside in the soon to rise sun they would show a bright large glittering green. A soft yawn escaped the soon to be fully awakened Dragonflypaw's maw. She stretched and started to shake the moss from her long fluffy pelt. But stopped not wanting to sling moss onto anyone still sleeping and awaken them. She pranced from the den on tippypaws being quiet as a mouse. A little giggle escaped her maw as she escaped the confined den. Quiet as a mouse to human ears. Not to a cats sharp keen ears. The thought made her giggle. She spotted her soon to be leader and thingyed her head. Her soon to be leaders eyes were closing and she made a soft "Ahem" noise, just to see if her leaders eyes were open. She went by the freshkill sitting down and sniffing at the cold kill. She wanted something warm to boost her energy. "Excuse me Longfang" she said in a soft tone. "If your not falling back asleep would you care to grab something warm, and fresh to eat? Maybe a couple to add onto the pile?" she asked a little hopefully. She knew more then likely later she would be hunting with Cloudstorm. But Longfang would be leader soon, and she really wanted to show her leader how ready she was to be made a warrior, she was ready, and old enough to be made warrior, and she hoped Longfang would see it and make her into a warrior. A smile spread acrossed her face as she moved herself close to her leader by a few fox lengths. She fluffed her fur and began picking moss from it. Wich seemed to be tangled from her adventurous dreams during the night. She waited patiently for a reply from her sleepy leader. She could sense the worry behind that peaceful look and knew something bad was running through that cats head. She knew that since the very new leadership of Foxstar going down there had been alot of tension in the clan and she tried her very hardest not to let any of it get to her until the time came, she knew something would happen eventully and she would be ready but for now, she tried not to think about it.

LongFang was just about to fall asleep and enter the world of endless dreams when a soft voice rattled her eardrums. "Excuse me Longfang" LongFang groaned, and opened a drowsy eye at the young apprentice who had disturbed her. It was Dragonflypaw. LongFang made a mental note to herself that when she had time she would make the cat a Warrior. She certainly was old enough. Now the young cat just had to impress her enough. "If your not falling back asleep would you care to grab something warm, and fresh to eat? Maybe a couple to add onto the pile" LongFang groaned again, but this time it was more of a Great, more work to do kind of groan. She stood up and strectched her stiff body. "Remind me to give you your Warrior Ceremony sometime this moon. She informed Dragonflypaw. In her mood, it was likely that after a few moments she would forget, and the soon to be Warrior would then never get promoted. "Where do you want to hunt?" LongFang asked the apprentice. The ElmClan leader hoped Dragonflypaw was ready too, but if she wasn't good enough at hunting or fighting then she would just have to stay an apprentice. ElmClan always needed strong Warriors, but these days especially, ever since FoxStar had gone missing. LongFang arched her back, stretching, and pulled a flea out of her fur. "We can also do Border Patrol along the ShadeClan border, if you want. The biggest threat probably comes from them."

A smile spread acrossed Dragonflypaws maw as the leader said 'Warrior ceremony'. "On our way to the Shadeclan border we can hunt" she said with a smile. She igored the groan and happily began her way out, making sure not to leave her soon to be leader behind. She tried to act cool, but the excitement from knowing she would soon become a warrior spread through her like a wild fire. But as they entered the woods, she calmed herself and let the scent of early rising prey fill her nostrils. Opening her mouth slightly to follow the scents as they made their way towards the stinky shadeclan border. Dragonflypaw always hated their smell but never let anyone see how disgusted it made her.
